So I decided to start a blog, mainly for me and anyone else who wants to read it.
So I was able to marry by best friend of three years on October 13, 2012, after a nine month engagement. Its all a big blur, I hardly remember all of it. I was blessed to have some of my best friends make it to my wedding. We had all the Stanley clan, my cousins from Utah, Kathi and Bri, my best friends. We went to the Aquarium of the Pacific and spent the day there. Then we came back and the family started arriving. We went to the mall while my parents waited for the flowers to arrive.
After the mall we went home to get some sleep. Kathi and I had our last night as single ladies. I think I ended up sleeping in my parents room while my dad went to the family room, funny enough sleeping with my mom worked and before I knew it, it was 5:30 and my dad was waking me up. Vanessa and Brenda Martinez showed up to do my hair and make up. I was super nervous but I felt ten times better once Tyler showed up. He got a few touch ups and we left for the temple.

I think I fell asleep on the drive down to San Diego. We get out and go get prepared in the temple. Tyler was freaking out because his parents were late. Eventually they showed up and everyone we went to get ready. My mom helped me into my dress and we she left while we went to do a short veil ceremony. After that we had to wait in the celestial room for a bit. It is beautiful. I could spend all day in there. Tyler and I sat in there talking, we knew it was right to get married, it really hit me hard. Then we were escorted to the sealing room. It was so great to walk in all those eyes on us, we felt all the love and support and I couldn't help but cry. I was able to sit next to my mom while the sealer spoke. It was such an amazing moment.
After the sealing, we went back to the changing room. They fed me a bit and then we were taken where we would exit. I put Tyler's boutonniere and we prepared ourselves to make our grand entrance. A wave of love hit us, it was amazing. We turned the corner and everyone was there. All of our family, our loved one, we went and said hi and thank everyone who made the trip down to our sealing. I have never felt to loved in my life. After saying hi to everyone we took lots of pictures. With out families, bridesmaid's and groomsmen, then Tyler and I took some pictures.

We had originally planned to take picture on the beach but we ran out of time, so we rushed over to lunch at P.F. Chang's. It was so good. After a fabulous lunch we went back home. I think I fell asleep again or else it went by so quickly. We went home and Tyler and I went to our hotel. We actually got lost, when we got their we quickly checked in and dropped out luggage off, then left to the reception. We showed up late to our reception. Our reception pasted my expectations. It was beautiful, everything I imagined and more. Their was a candy station, a chocolate fountain, a drink fountain and we had cooked to order fajita's. I was able to put some of the flowers on my cake! I went and got my makeup retouched, got into my dress again and I was ready to meet the guests.

We spent the first hour greeting out guests. After that we went and got some food. After that my new brother-in-law Ronnie gave a toast, Then we had our first dance. We danced to Christina Perri A Thousand Years. I lost it and cried, we finally were married. It had been such a long hard road, all the pressure was gone. I still can't listen to that song without crying. After I danced with my dad to Tim McGraw My Little Girl. We didn't really have a song, but when I listened to it it fit us so well. I love my daddy to death. Then Tyler danced with his mom to Your Gonna Miss This by Trace Adkins. After dancing we went and cut the cake. Again the cake exceeded my expectations, she put over 300 fondant flowers and butterflies on it. After our food fight we moved on to the garder and bouquet toss. We had such a good turn out, Eliza Morgan ended up catching the bouquet and Connor Filmore caught the garder, I think he is a little young to be married next. After we danced forever, I felt like I was in high school again dancing with my friends and family. We had such a great time and before I knew it, it was time to leave. Everyone was waiting outside for us as we left. We got in the car that was full of ribbon and we left, thanking everyone as we left. I texted my parents when we were in the car thanking them for a wonderful wedding of my dreams. I was so thankful for everyone who was able to make it to the wedding and help with the planning and decorating. I couldn't believe it was over, it went by so fast but i loved every minute of it.
